General Terms
These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all product sales made in Spain by RABBIT RALLY CONSULTORIA EN TI LTDA, with VAT/NIF W5081339C, hereinafter referred to as Rabbit, to individuals.
Any order placed with Rabbit necessarily entails, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the unconditional acceptance by the Client of Rabbit's General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect on the day the relevant order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these terms implies their application to the relevant order and any subsequent orders, except in cases where new terms are communicated by Rabbit. The fact that Rabbit does not enforce any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted or equated to a waiver of their enforcement in the future or past.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and execution of these terms, as well as all acts arising from them, shall be governed by Spanish law, except where contrary public policy provisions exist.
Prices
The prices published by Rabbit are in Euros and are valid unless there is a typographical error. All prices include the applicable VAT as of the order date. Any VAT rate changes will be automatically applied to the prices of products available for sale at Rabbit.
Orders and Payment Methods
Orders are placed by validating the shopping cart. The process consists of four steps:
- Buyer identification for the sale.
- Summary and verification of products, costs, final amount, and shipping address.
- Payment method selection and completion.
- Finalization of purchase, including automatic order identification confirmation.
When placing an order, the client may freely choose to pay for their purchases at Rabbit through:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit or debit card via the virtual POS system.
Products
The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products aim to represent them as realistically as possible. However, these are for guidance only and are not binding on Rabbit.
The offers presented by Rabbit are valid within the limits of available stock. Rabbit reserves the right to modify its product assortment based on supplier constraints.
Stock
Products presented by Rabbit are in stock. However, stock may not be available at the time of purchase. In such cases, Rabbit will contact the buyer to provide a satisfactory solution.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the identification process.
The standard delivery time is 10 working days.
No shipments or deliveries will occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
However, any delays will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer, and the latter signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the goods upon receipt and to note any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
For shipments outside Spain, the system calculates the shipping cost after the delivery address is provided.
Customs Information
When you place an order for products at rabbitrally.com to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which will be charged upon the package's arrival at its destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility.
Rabbit Rally has no control over these charges. Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another, so we recommend contacting the relevant customs office for more information.
Return and Cancellation Policies
Rabbit customers are always satisfied upon receiving and testing their products. However:
Product Returns:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from Rabbit within 14 days from the receipt date.
No explanation is necessary. Any item purchased from Rabbit returned in its original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition will be accepted.
The return must follow this procedure:
- Contact us via email at rabbit@rabbitrally.com.
- Package the product as received.
- Send the product to our address.
Rabbit commits to processing the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Before initiating a return, you must notify the Customer Service department. The total transportation costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- When the products have been improperly used or handled by the customer.
- When the products are damaged or deteriorated.
- When the product shows wear and tear from regular use.
- If the product data on the invoice or delivery note is altered, modified, or substituted.
- If the product's reference number is tampered with.
Order Cancellations:
If the order cancellation occurs before the goods have been dispatched, the customer will not incur any charges. If cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched, the customer will bear the shipping and return costs of the order.
